Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and its data.
Do you accept these terms by using the website?
By using UsCityDex you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update the terms and the latest version will always be posted on this page.
What is the website for?
The website provides general information about US places, including population estimates, ZIP codes, time zones, coordinates and distances, together with simple tools and guides. The content is provided for informational purposes only.
Is the information guaranteed to be accurate?
No. We work to keep the data accurate, but it comes from third-party sources and may contain errors or be out of date. Population figures are estimates. Distances are straight-line calculations and do not reflect roads or travel time. Do not rely on this website for legal, financial, medical, navigation or emergency decisions. Always verify important facts with an official source such as the U.S. Census Bureau or the United States Postal Service.
How may you use the content?
You may view and share pages for personal and non-commercial use, and you may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. You may not copy the website at scale, republish its pages, or use automated tools to download large parts of it without written permission. The underlying city data is licensed by its provider under CC BY 4.0, and attribution to that provider is shown in the footer.
What about third-party links and advertising?
The website may contain links to other websites and advertisements from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
What is our liability?
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UsCityDex and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content. The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
